Built in the 1800s, Bellview House (formerly Clonard House) is a historic landmark in Mullingar. Originally constructed by George Rochfort, the second Earl of Belvedere, the building has served many roles over the years, from the residence of the Bishop of Meath to a tourist office and Victorian Escapade Experience, before its transformation into Bellview Offices.

Purchased in 2022, Bellview House was carefully restored to create Bellview Offices, blending its historic character with the needs of modern businesses. The transformation resulted in bright, welcoming workspaces, elegant boardrooms, and well-appointed facilities designed to support productivity and collaboration.
